I have cooked several dinners on this thing and it is now my go to way of cooking fat free, and of course if you look at the price you’ll know it’s not the best indoor grill in the world. But. It’s so simple. A cup of water, medium, low heat, and a little spritz with cooking oil (not completely necessary) and as soon as it is ready to sizzle, slap that meat on there. There is a steam that comes off it and the meat will do what meat does splatter a little bit. Not as bad as frying but it will do a bit. I’ve had great luck with zucchini and shrimp, mushrooms and asparagus. Play with your oils. A little drizzle of chili oil gives it a zip. I haven’t tried wine in the water ring yet.
